Making a Difference
Beyond business, we reach out to communities in proximity to our plant, helping
make a difference to the lives of the poor.
Our projects are wide and far-ranging. They include health-care, sustainable,
livelihood, education and infrastructure support.
In collaboration with the Mahaveer Foundation of India, we have aided hundreds
of physically impaired people, by providing them with the Jaipur foot –
an artificial leg. In doing so, we have reduced their dependency on others.
Their self-esteem has been regained too.
Our social projects are an expression of our corporate social responsibility
Our Appreciation
One of the major success factors of Indophil is its strategic location at Bulacan
and the Bulakeños. The productive human resources available in Bulacan
who are friendly, hospitable and caring too, led the company into success. For
a decade, there has been no job cut, no job loss, no discrimination, no child
labor and no pending labor disputes in Indophil which demonstrates the peace
loving nature of Bulakeños and Indophil work culture.
The relentless support the provincial government extended to our community
development projects and other endeavours including their special attempts to
address our infrastructure related issues are very much appreciable. It shows
their commitment towards industrial growth of the country particularly of Bulacan.
These three factors, the location, the people and the government anchored us
towards success.
More power to Bulacan!!!
More Power to the Philippines!!! |
