PUM (Programma Uitzending Managers) or Netherlands' Senior Experts is offering technical consultancy assistance to small and medium enterprises in the Philippines. The program extends assistance to almost all types of businesses. BCCI is its local representative in the area. Just recently, Dr. Ben Van Hest, Lecturer on International Hotel and Restaurant Management of the Hotel School in The Hague, was tapped by the BarCIE International Center. Dr. Van Hest made very timely and significant recommendations on BarCIE's perceived deficiencies in its operations. It is his first time in the country and he was truly overwhelmed by the hospitality accorded to him.
