We sympathize with and respect the decision of key Cabinet members who have tendered their irrevocable resignations.

With reference to their call for the President's resignation, we stand by our position that the resignation can only be voluntary. We cannot force this upon the President.

The Constitution clearly provides for ways in handling and resolving these issues before us. We support Constitutional process, including impeachment proceedings.

We ask all those concerned to uphold the interest of this nation at all times!
