Three new BCCI directors were elected into office by the General Assembly during the elections held last February 10, 2005 at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center. Joining the BCCI board are Josefina M. Santos of Freeway Motors, Inc., Fernando Capili of Don Martin Montessori Learning School, and Antonio H. Tengco of Hiyas Water Resources, Inc.

Re-elected into the board are Provincial Board Member Pacifico B. Aniag, Violy C. Luna, Cora D. Ledesma, and former Board Member Teofilo O. Rivera, Jr.

Chamber President Violy Luna presented the annual report, which capsulized the activities and services rendered by the Chamber for the year 2004. The Treasurer's Report was presented by Asst. Treasurer Ambet Torres, in behalf of indisposed Treasurer Fileng Cruz.

The election of the officers of the board and the executive committee was held on March 8, 2004 at the L' Incontro Italian Restaurant in Makati City. Ms. Rosemarie Manota, was appointed director to replace resigned director Joey M. Carlos, who has transferred his business to Makati City.
