"Kooperatiba at Pangangalakal, Magkatuwang sa Paglikha ng Hanapbuhay at Pag-unlad ng Kabuhayan", the theme conceived by the Provincial Government of Bulacan in the celebration of the Cooperative Month for October 2004. One of the activities for the Cooperative Month is the Trade Fair which has organized by the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce (BCCI) in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Bulacan (PCEDO). This run from October 11-16, 2004 in front of the Provincial Capitol Bldg.

Participants for the fair were cooperatives and other SMEs endorsed by the Department of Trade and Industry of Malolos and BCCI members. They were: J.A. Aurelio Garments, VS Coop., Panasahan Bag Makers, Bags Richwin, Thelma's Pillows, Read N Carry Me, CGF, C & K, Lian's Garden, D Five L, Carol Anne Crafts, Jam's Bag, Creations, LCJ Garments, Milko Ice Cream, Sarah's Honey Bee, Balagtas Credit Coop, Jhun & Lucy Tinapa, PNS Meat Products, Elmer's Pasalubong, Sta. Maria Dairy, Sulucan Walters, 3J'S Homemade Pinipig de Leche and BAFPEX (Bulacan Association of Food Producers and Exporters).

This activity hoped to provide support to the cooperatives and trade which assist in the generation and development of livelihood thus realizing the objectives for the Province of Bulacan.
