The Search for the Most Outstanding Bulacan Businessman (MOBB) is an annual event open to all intended to inspire, encourage and give due recognition to all local businessmen who faithfully, honestly and hardly strive to attain success and greatness for their business endeavors.

Criteria of the Award
- Leadership and dynamism as evidenced by the actual accomplishments generated by one's investment in the following areas:
- Employment generation as evidenced by the number of direct new jobs resulting from the investment project; generation go indirect employment and / or establishing network of linkage with countryside enterprises;
- Human resource development as evidenced by the opportunities and training and welfare program it gives to its employees for personal and career advancement and self-development as a total human being.
- 2. Community service as evidenced by the extent of involvement in socio-civic undertaking / activities. (Community service refers to services rendered by the nominee to the community where he/she belongs, other than employment. Services, which may be credited, include new technology, skills training, medical/dental outreach, etc.)
- 3. Sustainability as evidenced by the amount of fixed and current assets acquire using income from the existing business of industry nominated for, and/or the capacity to sustain the growth of the industry.
